Terms & Conditions

Introduction:

Your use of the Elaf platform and providing us with your personal information constitutes your agreement to the terms contained in this agreement, referring to "the Company" or "we" or "Elaf" registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

All products displayed through the "Elaf" platform are subject to the requirements and specifications of their local or international producers or distributors, and "Elaf" does not bear any responsibility towards manufacturing, storage, or transportation and shipping operations.

Apart from any warranty provided by the supplier/seller - if any -, "Elaf" does not provide any responsibility or warranty towards any of the products provided through the platform, and the user understands the nature of these contracts and their consequences.

The following terms whenever mentioned in this agreement - Terms and Conditions Agreement - mean:

• User/Client: The person whose personal data is recorded in the account, who uses the platform to benefit from its services and is the person who orders goods and commodities from the "Elaf" platform, and must have sufficient legal capacity to perform this work.
• Account: The user's private page created so that the user can benefit from the platform's services.
• Agent or Supplier: The service provider who displays his products for sale through the platform.
• Order: The purchases made by the client through the Elaf platform.

Registration and Purchase Terms on the Platform:

• The supplier must be licensed to practice the activity of selling the products he sells and have a commercial register issued by the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• The client must be a licensed entity that has obtained the necessary licenses from the official authorities.
• The user must register on the platform in order to be able to benefit from the services available on it, and he is required to complete the registration process by filling out the registration data and providing the official documents and documents required of him.
• The supplier must sign a supply agreement to regulate the details of the relationship between him and the platform.
• Registering on the platform as a client gives you the opportunity to purchase products from various sellers and suppliers, and registering on the platform as a supplier gives you the opportunity to display and sell your products to customers. The platform does not sell or buy directly or display products belonging to it, and its role is limited to providing a linking service between the supplier and his customers and facilitating the purchasing task. The platform is not responsible for any shortcomings by either the supplier or the client in fulfilling their obligations.
• The email address, phone number, and any other addresses belonging to the user are considered an official means of communication and notifications, and notification through them establishes proof of notifying the client.
• Some goods/commodities/services may require additional conditions that are indicated independently.

Delivery Services:

• The order will be delivered within a maximum of 3 days.
• The client must be present at the delivery location to receive the order from the representative at the agreed time.
• The driver will communicate with the user by calling the mobile number registered on the invoice.

Payment and Settlement Services:

• Payment is made to the platform account through the payment methods available on the platform.
• In case of cancellation or return of the order or product in accordance with the cancellation and return conditions specified and established in this agreement, the value of the product will be returned to the client in accordance with the provisions contained in this agreement.

Exchange and Return Policy:

Products are returned within 15 days, and exchanges are made within 90 days from the invoice date.

Intellectual Property Rights:

• The management of the Elaf platform respects the intellectual property rights owned by users.
• The user undertakes to respect the intellectual property rights of the Elaf platform and other users.
• All these rights are considered protected under intellectual property and trademark laws, and are the exclusive property of the Elaf platform. Under no circumstances is it permissible to infringe upon them or use them without obtaining explicit authorization from the management of the Elaf platform or its owners.
• The platform has the right, for advertising and marketing purposes, to benefit from using the trademarks of users or trademarks that they have the right to benefit from, or any other content that the user has shared on the platform.
